3.Main Structure and Performance Characteristics
Chassis
Chassis. It is refitted from the LongHuiTong Commercial Tianjin LHT1180EX8 type II truck chassis, which has strong power and high load-bearing capacity. This chassis is currently the most advanced and reliable domestic commercial vehicle chassis meeting the National VI emission standard.
Engine. The Dongfeng Cummins B6.2NS6B230 diesel engine is adopted, with a rated power of 169kW, a rated speed of 2300r/min, and the emission meets the National VI standard.
Auxiliary Engine and Its Transmission Device
Auxiliary Engine. The Cummins B3.9CS4-150C National IV auxiliary engine is adopted, with a rated power of 110kW and a rated speed of 2500r/min. The auxiliary engine is equipped with a vehicle clutch, which is driven by a cylinder. The separation and engagement of the clutch are automatically controlled by the electronic control system, eliminating the need for manual operation. At the same time, it also ensures the no-load starting and no-load stopping of the auxiliary engine, extending the service life of the auxiliary engine.
Garbage Bin
The garbage bin is made of 304 stainless steel, and the side enclosure adopts a corrugated structure design. Part of the clean water tank is integrated with the garbage bin. The total volume of the garbage bin reaches 7m³.
Suction Nozzle
The unique double-suction narrow suction nozzle structure and the original V-shaped spray pipe effectively gather all the sewage and garbage after cleaning to the suction nozzle, achieving a good sewage recovery effect; at the same time, the structure of the suction nozzle swing arm is optimized to improve reliability. The rollers are made of polyurethane material, effectively extending the service life of the rollers.
Sweeping Device
The ground contact adjustment mechanism of the sweeper brush is controlled by a screw adjustment, ensuring that the contact amount between the sweeper brush and the ground is within a certain range. The mechanism is both simple and reliable; the rotation speed of the sweeper disc can be selected from high, medium, and low gears according to different sweeping working conditions, ensuring a good sweeping effect under various pollution conditions.
High-pressure Water Pump
The well-known brand GT40F high-pressure plunger pump is adopted, with a rated working pressure of 13MPa, a rated flow rate of 153L/min, high efficiency, and good reliability.
Electronic Control System
The vehicle adopts a control mode of "display screen + controller + CAN bus operation panel".
