1.Function Overview
This product mainly includes the low-pressure flushing system, including front duckbill flushing, middle column-shaped impact flushing, rear water spraying, rear high-pressure water gun, etc.
The front duckbill flushing, middle column-shaped impact flushing and rear water spraying devices in the low-pressure flushing system can be used for flushing and watering operations in roads, squares, etc. The rear high-pressure water gun is suitable for remote flushing and watering operations.
2.Application Scope
This product is widely applicable to cleaning operations in urban roads, highways, squares and port docks, as well as watering operations for green belts. The rear up and rear down spray systems can be selected for spray dust suppression operations; the self-priming device can be selected for adding water in rivers and lakes to save water resources; the left and right side flower watering device can be selected to realize watering for left and right sides of roads, and the automatic water cannon device can be selected to realize remote flushing, watering and watering operations. The vehicle has diverse functions and can be used for multiple purposes.

Chassis
Chassis: The chassis is modified from the LHT1180EX8 type two-class truck chassis produced by Xiamen Longhuitong Automobile Technology Co.,Ltd.with strong load-bearing capacity.
Engine: The engine is a Cummins B6.2NS6B210, with a rated power of 154kW and a rated speed of 2300r/min, meeting the emission standards of the sixth generation.
Water Tank
The effective volume of the water tank reaches 10.25m³. The large volume of the water tank ensures a long working time. The water tank is optimized through finite element analysis and has passed strict reliability tests. The interior of the water tank is coated with epoxy coal tar pitch paint for professional anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring the anti-corrosion effect.
Low-pressure Waterway System
Low-pressure water pump. It adopts a self-priming double-stage centrifugal pump from a well-known manufacturer, with high efficiency and good reliability. The rated working speed of the pump is 1380r/min, the rated flow rate is 50 m³/h, and the head is 110m. The front duckbill flushing device. The front duckbill flushing device is electrically controlled and suitable for flushing roads and curb stones. It can be adjusted within 360° left and right and 360° up and down. The middle columnar flushing device. The middle columnar flushing device has one cone nozzle on each side, with bidirectional flushing. Both are electrically controlled, and the nozzle can be adjusted within 360° left and right and 360° up and down. The middle columnar flushing device can flush a width of no less than 24 meters at once. The rear sprinkler device. The rear sprinkler device is electrically controlled to open and close the sprinkler nozzle. When two sprinkler nozzles are opened simultaneously, the spraying width is no less than 16 meters. The rear high-pressure water gun. The high-pressure water gun is an aluminum far-range water gun installed at the rear of the vehicle, with flexible operation and a wide working angle range. It can be used to spray wash various heights of objects and can clean some difficult-to-clean sanitation. The high-pressure water gun can rotate left and right 360° and the gun body can be operated up and down. By turning the adjusting sleeve at the front of the gun body in the opposite direction, the shape of the water gun (columnar or misty) can be adjusted and the water gun can be closed. The high-pressure water gun is controlled by a manual ball valve and can be opened and closed at will during operation. The shooting range is no less than 50 meters and it also has an auxiliary fire-fighting function.
Operation Mode
The vehicle adopts a control mode combining electrical control and manual control.
The front duckbill device of the low-pressure waterway system, the middle columnar flushing device, and the rear sprinkler device are all electrically controlled to open and close. It is realized by the operation box in the driver's cab, which is located on the central control console.
