1.the function of the overview
This product mainly uses a low-pressure flushing system as the operation method. The low-pressure flushing system includes front duckbill flushing, middle columnar hedging, rear sprinkling, rear high water spray gun and other operating devices.
The front duckbill flushing, the middle columnar hedging, and the rear sprinkler in the low-pressure flushing system can be used for flushing and sprinkling operations in highways, squares and other sites respectively. The rear high spray gun is suitable for remote rinsing and sprinkling operations.
2.Scope of application
The product is widely used in the cleaning of urban roads, highways, squares and ports and wharves, as well as the watering of plants in the green belt. Optional rear upper and lower spray system can be used for spray dust reduction operations; Optional left and right side watering device to achieve greening on the left and right sides of the road, vehicle functions, a car multi-purpose.
3.Main Structure and Performance Characteristics
Chassis
Chassis: It is refitted from the LHT1250B cargo vehicle chassis produced by Xiamen Longhuitong Automobile Technology Co.,Ltd., and the chassis has a strong load-bearing capacity.
Engine: The DDi75E300-60 engine produced by Xiamen Longhuitong Automobile Technology Co.,Ltd. is adopted, with a rated power of 220kW, a rated speed of 2300r/min, and the emission meets the National VIstandard.
Water Tank
The water tank has a large volume, enabling a long working time. The water tank is optimized in design by using the finite element analysis method and has passed strict reliability tests. The interior of the water tank is coated with a professional anti-corrosion coating of epoxy coal tar pitch paint, ensuring the anti-corrosion effect.
Low-pressure Water Circuit System
Low-pressure Water Pump: A self-priming double-stage centrifugal pump from a well-known manufacturer is adopted, featuring high efficiency and good reliability. The rated working speed of the water pump is 1380r/min, the rated flow rate is 50 m³/h, and the head is 110m.
Front Duckbill Flushing Device: The front duckbill flushing device uses a universal ball duckbill, which is controlled pneumatically. It is suitable for flushing the road surface and the curb, and the flushing direction of the duckbill can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range.
Middle Columnar Flushing Device: The middle columnar flushing device is equipped with one conical nozzle on each of the left and right sides for two-way flushing, both of which are controlled pneumatically. The nozzles can be adjusted arbitrarily 360° left and right and 360° up and down. The width of the central opposite flushing can be no less than 24 meters at one time.
Rear Sprinkling Device: The rear sprinkling device uses pneumatic control to open and close the rear sprinkling nozzles. When two rear sprinkling nozzles are opened simultaneously, the sprinkling width is no less than 16 meters.
Rear High-pressure Water Gun: The high-pressure water gun is an aluminum long-range water gun, installed at the rear of the vehicle body. It is flexible to operate and has a large working angle range. It can be used to spray and clean objects of various heights and can remove some sanitation dead corners that are not easy to clean. The high-pressure water gun can rotate 360° left and right, and the gun body can be pitched up and down. By turning the adjustment sleeve at the front of the gun body forward and backward, the spraying shape (columnar or misty) of the water gun can be adjusted, and the water gun can be closed. The high-pressure water gun is controlled by a manual ball valve, which can be opened and closed arbitrarily during operation. The firing range is no less than 50 meters, and it also has an auxiliary fire-fighting function.
Operation Modes
The vehicle adopts a control mode that combines electrical control and manual control.
In the low-pressure water circuit system, the front duckbill device, the middle columnar flushing device, and the rear sprinkling device are all actuated by electrical and pneumatic control switches, which are realized through the operation box in the cab. The operation box is located on the center console.
