1.Function Overview
This product has functions such as garbage collection, automatic loading and unloading of garbage in both directions, garbage transfer, and garbage dumping.
Working Principle: The garbage is loaded into the filler through the lifting mechanism at the rear of the vehicle. The internal compression mechanism of the filler crushes and compresses the garbage. This product has an advanced bidirectional compression function. When loading garbage, the push plate is pushed out to the proper position first. Due to the certain back pressure of the oil cylinder of the push plate mechanism, there is a resistance for the push plate to retract. Only when the squeezing force of the garbage is greater than the retraction resistance of the push plate will the push plate retract and the garbage can enter the garbage box. Therefore, the garbage is further compressed when it enters the garbage box from the filler. As the garbage is continuously loaded, the push plate continuously retracts to the proper position, and the entire vehicle is finally loaded. When unloading, the filler is raised to the proper position, and the push plate pushes the garbage out for dumping. The scraper and slide plate automatically complete a cycle (except for the lifting mechanism of the Nanjing Dou). The garbage remaining in the filler is cleared away. This product is also equipped with a large-capacity sewage tank to effectively prevent secondary pollution caused by sewage leakage.

Trash cans
The effective volume of the bin is 20 m³. The box has a large volume and works reliably. The main components such as the garbage bin are made of high-strength steel plates, and the frame plate design is adopted, which is simple and beautiful, with large effective volume, outstanding overall structural performance and strong impact resistance. The high-strength U-shaped integral forming channel steel is used as the movable guide rail of the garbage push plate, which has strong compression capacity and good deformation resistance.
The garbage bin is equipped with a push plate mechanism, which can slide along the guide rail on the side, and its functions are threefold: a, the garbage is pushed out of the garbage bin when dumping the garbage; b. Closing the front end of the garbage bin; c. Reverse compress the garbage in the garbage bin to improve the compaction of the garbage.
Sewage tank
There are three sewage tanks, the left and right sewage tanks at the bottom of the box are 480L and 410L, and the sewage tank at the bottom of the filler is 380L. Combined with the diversion sewage collection device, the sewage leaking due to the failure of the sealing strip between the filler and the garbage tank can be drained into the special sewage collection tank, and it is equipped with a flexible, reliable and convenient adjustment sewage tank cleaning door sealing device to effectively prevent secondary pollution caused by sewage leakage.

The filler is composed of a charging hopper, scraper, sliding plate, fixed plate and other components, which are used to complete the garbage crushing, compacting and pressing the dense garbage into the garbage bin. The effective volume of the packing port is 1.3 m³, the cycle time of the filling is not higher than 25s, the compression density of the garbage is between 0.65-0.8 t/m³, and the maximum crushing and compression force is 186 kN.
Lifting mechanism

Driving operations
