1.Function Overview
The vehicle operates by using the lifting mechanism configured at the rear to lift the garbage can to the top of the vehicle and load the garbage into the ship-shaped garbage box. Then, the scraping compression mechanism compresses the garbage towards the front of the garbage box. During the transfer process, the loading port is sealed by the folding type cover plate on the top plate to achieve closed transfer. When the garbage is full, it is transported to the transfer processing station and dumped into the garbage processing equipment for treatment by the tipping self-loading method.

Trash cans
The overall structure of the garbage bin is a ship-shaped design, the feeding port is designed at the top, and the surrounding area is closed and welded, and the top feeding port of the garbage bin is closed and there is no leakage, and the overall volume of the garbage bin is large and the dirt-holding capacity is strong. The side plate and bottom plate are made of high-strength and high-quality plates, and the thickness of the plates is 3mm.
Compression mechanism
The compression mechanism is a rotating scraper, which is installed on the top of the box, and the rotary movement of the scraper is driven by the hydraulic ram to realize the garbage compression and aggregation effect, and its purpose is to increase the garbage loading capacity, improve the efficiency of garbage collection and transportation, and avoid the transfer of garbage throwing.
Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of a flip frame, a guide rail frame, a lifting tooth plate, etc. The hoisting mechanism is the main working device of the car, and is responsible for lifting the garbage can containing garbage from the ground to the top of the box, pouring the garbage in the garbage can into the box, and putting the garbage can back to the ground after feeding. Folding cover plate mechanism
